The Vampire Diaries : No Exit, No Quality Content, No Nothing..

   Just watched the preview for this week's TVD, and apparently Katherine may or may not die. And Elena may or may not come back.

   I hate this show. You know how they say there's a fine line between love and hate ? Well, I just crossed it, except backwards, I went from absolute unconditional love to extremely conditional love to 'I freaking hate everything about this show.

   First, Caroline and Tyler are on the mend. Even though he basically said he'd never forgive her, they spent the whole day together and they even laughed together. Nope. Not nearly enough drama. Where's all the hate and suffering ? Huh ?? I don't like Tyler and I only like Caroline in regards to the Klaroline story line. And that ship is sailed. So now I'm back to hating her guts.

   Caroline and Stefan are really pissing me off as a team. Why do they always need to stick their nose where it doesn't belong ? Figuring out sire bonds and body thefts, wtf just mind your own damn business ! And is there ever really gonna be a Steroline ship ?? I don't want that. I want to spit in the face of that implication. Caroline and Stefan ?! Gross. Just gross, get outta here.

Intense thinking process

   Taking Elena's body was the dumbest thing Katherine has ever done. I said it before she did it, and again after, and I still stick by it : wrong f#cking move. There's always a way to save Elena when she's dying, there was a way there too, nobody bothered to look for it. Because they all suck. Except Katherine and Damon, I love you my little babies.

   They were bound to find out. How could she even think it would work ? She thought she could fake being Elena for an eternity !! Didn't even make it through 4 episodes. And how is making Stefan fall back in love with her impersonating Elena satisfying in any way ?? Is she really that desperate ? No she's not, the writers are making her like that ! And I hate them for it.

 

   And her plans are so evil they're doomed to fail. Damon is still a problem for her so she figures she'll just get Stefan to kill him ! My, what a great plan, really it's awesome, can we just stop here for a sec ? She has known them for like 2 centuries, she knows they love each other, she knows Stefan would rather cut his arm open than kill his brother. At least she got to torture Damon a little. Payback's a bitch.

   But in the end she just screwed herself because she forgot that Elena would rather bleed to death than kill anyone she loves. Katherine is smarter than that. So why are the writers making her dumber and dumber. It's just a bad decision on top of another bad decision on top of a massive pile of wtf?!

   I am done with this show. I solemnly vow to never expect good things to come from this show ever again. So, Katherine's gonna die, Elena will come back, be with Damon for a while and then she'll go with Stefan and they'll live happily ever after and be boring together. And I'm fine with that, I no longer have expectations, so go ahead, kill my favorite character, what do I care..

The Vampire Diaries : F#ck That Show, Seriously ..

   Okay so I have mixed feelings about this one. It was pretty good you know, made me cry and all .. That ending though .. I'm just not sure how I feel about that.

   So, Katherine's not dead, good. I honestly wasn't that worried about her actually dying but you know, let's give credit where credit is due. The thing is, Katherine stole Elena's body in order to survive. So she's alive and looks like herself (also good), but that was really nasty, it's like the bitchiest she's ever been. It' clearly not the worst thing she's ever done, I mean, bitch has killed people. Lots of them. But taking Elena's body is still taking it pretty far, especially after she got forgiveness from almost everyone that mattered. Stefan is the only one that really mattered but still !

   I still personally believe she's redeemable. Actually I don't even care whether or not she's redeemable as long as she's happy about herself ! .. I think my moral compass might be way off..

   So, Damon and Elena, yeah, okay, nothing there.. I'm not even bummed that there wasn't a lot of Delena, I just don't care, it's like, I knew the no-talking-to-each-other-under-any-circumstances was coming, and it came, and I just don't give a shit anymore. This is really sad, I just really really don't care. All the pro-Delena Stefan speeches were nice though. I don't know if it's really what he wants or if he's just being the selfless good brother and whatnot. But I don't care either, it was good, keep it that way.

    Damon and Elena fighting for each other, yeah why not ? Go ahead, don't take your time too much and then we'll talk.

Why hello there.

   I'm not gonna lie I was happy to see Klaus back in TVD, finally ! But I'm sorry, once again, I've missed the point of it. Why the hell did he come back ? What was the point of just being in the area ?! That did not make any sense, I get that the Caroline/Klaus thing needed to happen (so majorly underwhelmed by that btw) so that it could just be done and over with, but it didn't make sense. For like half the episode I was hoping he was there to somehow save Katherine.. for some reason. But no, he just wanted to be around when she died, because apparently, Damon called him. I'm not even gonna dwell on that, I just don't care : this show is getting worse and until it gets better, there's no point in pointing out absolutely everything that's wrong with it.

   Klaus and Caroline, as I've said, it needed to happen. I've never been that much into their story line but it was nice to have that going you know, and I feel like the conclusion to that was quickly taken care of so that we could just move on, and honestly I'm kind of disappointed. But it's still a good thing done and we did need to move onto the next one ! Like I said, mixed feelings all around.

   So, Elijah wasn't really back. My feelings are not mixed on this. This was the worst torture of all, it was so f#cking cruel. Okay, so there's this supposed triangle in the Originals, -actually I don't even know what it is anymore.. it could be a triangle ! Elijah and Hayley have this thing going on, and seriously it's not even interesting, it sure as hell ain't intriguing, it's just bad. Anyway, Elijah seriously could not move his ass over to Mystic Falls to say goodbye to the dying woman he's loved for 5 centuries ??! Really ?! That's just mean. You're playing with my feelings Julie Plec, and I don't like it.

   However, I have a thing for Stefan/Katherine, which was almost nonexistent in this episode. The little we got was actually pretty good but, I mean, that's it ?! She is gonna be hated now, she stole poor little Elena's body, okay, bitchy (we've established that), but would they really rather she died ?! She's fun. I think she's actually the only fun character now (Damon hasn't really been that fun, being a martyr and all, and well, the other fun dude was Klaus). Would they really rather have Elena live at the cost of being stuck forever in a dull, boring, pointless world ? Yeah, okay, right, good call..

   So, yeah, Katherine's a bitch. I really don't know what's gonna happen. Clearly, Elena's not gonna die, but they're gonna have to find a way to save her and all. I really don't know, I hope Katherine doesn't revert back to having absolutely no allies. Every time the Vampire diaries tries to do some big twist, it's always unexpected and essentially good but I feel like what follows can't possibly match up to the expectations. Plus, Katherine did something that's really not that easy to forgive and they have let so much slide already. And now she does that.. I mean Elena is dead, she did kill her.

 

That being said, we know she's not gonna die so theoretically she's okay. But yeah even if she doesn't die, right now she's still dead, so okay, she did kill her but hey, you know, it happens to all of us ! Just go with it

    It was so obvious that she was scheming when she thanked Elena for her forgiveness. I mean seriously, she was on her death bed, after living for 500 years.. On that scale Elena is insignificant really, her forgiveness is clearly not a priority here. And Elena's all like "Yeah you're welcome it's what I do, I'm awesome" well maybe if you weren't so full of yourself you'd still be alive. Think about that when you inevitably come back from the dead.

 

Oh you forgive me ? How nice, really, it's sweet, yeah you too, really 'preciate it *blows kisses*..DIIIIE!

   All in all, i'm disappointed, I don't even feel like talking about it anymore.. Moving on. Oh, and Tyler's back. And Caroline just slept with Klaus. Serves 'em right, both of them, it's gonna be crap for them I'm happy about that. Tyler has lost any and all interest he might have held before when he left and Caroline became a bitch. I'm so freaking loyal to this show seriously.. Award please ??

The Vampire Diaries : Well, WTF ?

    Okay, this episode, man, I don't even know how to put it into words. It was good, not as good as it used to be, sure naturally, but better than some of the stuff they've put us through. But it's like every single thing that happened was the worst thing that could've happened. And you can feel it's gonna happen. There's one moment where you're like 'okay, bad but fixable' but you know they're gonna go with the worst possible outcome.

   Like Damon breaking up with Elena. What the hell was that ? Come. On. Damon, I mean Damon just left Elena. Oh really ? Because that's unheard of *cough*fouth time!!*cough!

    Seriously, they have pulled that shit a million times over. Damon's not good enough for Elena because he is oh so selfish, so he leaves her. Sure he always has a good reason. His brother's always better than him, better for her. Or he doesn't want her to have to defend him for all the terrible things he's done because he's a terrible terrible person. And, oh right, he can't be with her because it might not be real for reasons of the supernatural sort. You know, the regular stuff.

   We get it, she's gonna end up with Stefan. Every single time Damon and Elena move forward, something happens that makes Damon realize he's done bad things. So he checks out. And the rest of the time Elena is Team Stefan.

   That being said, I do still hope that somehow Elena and Stefan won't end up together. Let's be honest here for a second, shall we ? Stefan and Katherine together ? Yes, please. That's chemistry right there, it is so much more interesting than Stefan and Elena. Or even Damon and Katherine. Well Damon and anyone really. I don't see him ending up with someone other than Elena and calling it a happy ending. Damon's happy ending is Elena choosing him over his brother. Anything else will be emo Damon. And although that used to be nice, it's not really doing for me anymore.

    Anyway, that is absolutely not the point. Katherine and Stefan. Finally, it's happened. But Katherine is still a bad person and former big bad, remember ? Back when the show was awesome ? And well, Stefan is still Stefan, living brooding moral compass and all the way good person. So it's not like he's gonna forgive her right away I mean that wouldn't be fun. But anyway, it's on a nice little path, heading in the right direction, please TVD, do not disappoint.

Besides, excuse me, but that look ??? He doesn't look at Elena that way. No sir, he does not.

   Please, please don't ruin it. Like by killing Katherine off. Or putting her in someone else's body, don't you dare do that. Actually I think I'd rather she died than look like someone else. And no trying to kill Elena, please for the love of everything that is holy, we all know it's never gonna happen, just let it go. How about she just magically heals ? Or dies and comes back immortal ?! Yeah do that.

   So, Katherine took the cure a while back and became a human. All was right with the world. Except, she's aging super fast and she can't ingest vampire blood. By the way we would've done just fine with the simple Katherine's not good at being a human plot. That was great. But Katherine dying ? Except for making her way to redemption a lot quicker, it really sucks. If she dies.. well I can't say I'm gonna stop watching, because after 5 years of this, my brain is wired to never give up on the Vampire Diaries, but man, I'll be pissed !

   I might be repeating myself but I want Stefan and Katherine to end up together. Again, the relationship is much much more interesting than say, Stefan and Elena's. I really like Katherine. Lately, her scenes have been the only ones actually worth watching in my opinion. And even in season 2, they made it so we loved to hate her. She's just badass like that. I'd very much like it if she had a happy ending too. And her happy ending is Stefan.

Clearly.

I know that's a lot of screen caps but man, that moment ! I know they're played by the same person but Katherine is waaaaaay better than Elena, more, I don't know.. moving I guess ? When Elena's sad, now I just don't care, okay I see you're sad and yeah, bummer but it's not sad for me. However seeing Katherine's face when Stefan says he's sorry about her dying, I'm like "WHAaAaHaAAHyY ?! Pleeeeease let her be happy" *ugly sobbing*

   This is gonna sound so fangirly but remember in the second season when there was a flashback explaining how Katherine didn't die in 1864 (we all know that date by heart now don't deny it) ? Damon and Stefan had gotten shot trying to rescue her and after she got free, she kneeled over his transitioning-to-vampire-dead body and promised they'd be together again. Super cheesy, be prepared, but in the episode before when they "were together all night" wink wink, it made me think of that moment when she's remembering, all dreamy and such. And I was like "awwwww she kept her promise".

   Damon and Katherine are actually the only two characters I care about and want to be happy. I've been shipping Delena for years now -kind of sounds super committed when you phrase it like that like, people, years we have been fighting for this, years I tell you ! Anyway I've always wanted Damon to get Elena. Because I want him to get the girl ! Elena is a pain but she has the merit of being his freaking soul mate. It's almost cheesy how he's all like she's the girl. Same for Katherine. Almost 4 seasons she's been pining for Stefan ! Come on, let her have him, girl deserves it.

   So I don't want her to die. I don't want Damon and Elena to break up, I don't want Stefan to be the one rescuing Elena, I don't want Elena not to go after Damon, I don't want the writers to always choose the worst of the two possible endings. Stefan actually did okay in that department. Okay, you're not gonna forgive her instantly but, hand-holding. But the other stuff sucked.

   On the plus side, we did not see or hear of Bonnie, Caroline OR Jeremy once in the entire episode. That was a much needed and appreciated break.
